There is a minimum service charge for our technician(s) to show up on site for a service call.
Invoices that are left unpaid will incur 2% interest after 30 days, and 2% interest added for each additional month an invoice is left unpaid. Invoices that go unpaid without a valid reason or explanation will be sent to 3rd party collections, which may impact one’s credit rating.

or online if you receive invoicing by email.
Covid19 Update (May 15, 2020): Starting Tuesday May 19, 2020 in accordance with provincial guidance and proper health and safety protocols, our cottage opening services will resume.
Covid19 Update (April 3, 2020): Both local and Provincial government are in agreement that cottagers should avoid coming to cottage country during this state of emergency, as they pose a significant risk to local supply chains, health care systems and our permanent residents. Also, as “essential” workers under the Special Quarantine laws currently in place, we will be following the rules to only perform essential work. In accordance with this advice and the laws currently in place, we will be unable to open any cottages this spring until provincial and local authorities deem it safe to do so.
Covid19 Update (March 16, 2020): At Briggs we are taking necessary precautions to help contain the spread of this virus in accordance with Provincial/Federal guidelines. At this time we are dedicating our limited workforce to emergency related work only, including the use of masks, gloves, frequent/thorough cleaning of tools, equipment and work spaces, as well as practicing recommended safe social distancing. We ask that if you have been exposed to, or have tested positive for COVID-19, and/or if you are in a quarantine that you disclose this information to us before work has started.
Our office at 68 Brunel Road is currently closed, however our phone is still being answered remotely and all forms of payment (excluding cash) are being processed normally.
